Kevin Ahearn and I, Key Yessaad, are very pleased to announce the ‘2 in 1’ Real Estate Training Program launching August 12th – The i-FAStTRAC 101 and i-FAStTRAC 201. These 2 Real Estate Training Programs were designed for two audiences; The New, Aspiring, and those so who are somewhat underachieving in their career (i-FAStTRAC 101); and the Advanced and Established Real Estate Agent who earned commission of more than $40K per year (i-FAStTRAC 201.) Each program is 6-Weeks Long with 24 hours of Live instructions per month – the two programs combined spread over a 12-Week period with a total of 72 hours of Live Training and Coaching.

This coming week we will reveal the full Syllabus for the whole program and share the new Training Success Habits to empower our participants to succeed in a Real Estate Career.

 

As to the week that passed, it was a bit unusual since we trained for 5 days, to compensate for the 4th of July Holliday. Kevin took agents on a journey focusing on the importing Marketing Presentation, commonly known as the Listing Presentation. He emphasized the sequencing of the event, the Demonstration Phase, and the important Closing Phase. Agents only get one chance to secure listings during a listing Presentation and if they plan them right they will tend to walk away with Marketable Listings all the time.

 

I focused agents on the reality that Real Estate Web Lead Management Systems do not offer any organic cohesion with Direct Response Marketing, and showed agents how to integrate their printed Marketing with properly created Squeeze Pages linked with QR Codes. I also created several How-To Videos for our participants one of which is How To Create Landing Pages in ZillowPress Websites.

 

i-FAStTRAC is a special Real Estate Training Program because it combines the live instructions with the ability of agents to learn at their own pace by viewing instructional Videos that are focused on specific topics, and they can even request them depending on the platform they use. When it comes to Internet Marketing, Social Media, Web Services, and SEO I am platform agnostic – what matters most are the good habits that are engendered, and the fruit of such labor.

 

In the training week to come Kevin will tackle the important Pricing Strategy and The Buyers’ Counseling Session, and I will illuminate the importance of Blogging in Internet Marketing with important concepts such as proper Tagging and Hashing.

Kevin Ahearn and Key Yessaad just finished session 5 through 8 of the i-FASTtTRAC Real Estate Training Program. Kevin focused on Prioritized/Proactive Prospecting with an emphasis on Open Houses, Farming, For Sale By Owners, and the importance of Just-Listed Just-Sold Postcards in generating new Real Estate Listings.

Key took the topics of Internet Marketing focusing on the Psychology of Search, How Web Crawlers work, and the importance of an Internet Marketing Bio that is properly Written, Linked, and disbursed.

 

Week 5 of the program starts Monday July 1st with sessions 9, 10, and 11, and for 3 days Kevin and I will push our Agents towards prospecting both on the Internet and in person; Kevin will start with Expired Listings and how to work them strategically, then onto Building a Referral Business Program, and how to effectively convert Leads. Key will share the ingredients of a Proper Web Container, commonly called websites, and the 12 MUST Ingredients and tools they must have for High Visibility and SEO.

 

During week 3 of the trainings Kevin and I released 10 news How-To Videos for additional learning and helping the agents absorb strategic ideas at their own pace; this combination of Live Training and How-To Videos is working very well for the agents who apply their new Real Estate Learning properly to generate more listings and more business.

Your Real Estate Business is a Reflection of Who you are and your Values

Michael Gerber harshly and correctly makes this statement in his book The E-Myth Revisited: ‘Your Business is nothing more than a distinct reflection of who you are. If your thinking is sloppy, your business will be sloppy. If you are disorganized, your business will be disorganized. If you are greedy, your employees will be greedy, giving you less and less of themselves and always asking for more.’

 

As Kevin and I move through the Real Estate Training Program i-FAStTRAC, we are cognizant that many of our agents are willing to work hard, but they work hard sometimes on the wrong activities; which leads them to be discouraged and abandon a career they love.

 

Kevin will nudge agents towards Prospecting by focusing on Target Marketing and Farming, and I will illuminate how Web Crawlers work – for example: Did you know that when you are searching the internet you are not Searching the internet? I know sounds odd – but it is this type of understanding that gives you the best Search Engine Visibility. See you in Class shortly!

Overcoming Challenges is easier when you know what to do

Today we jump into session 5 of our Real Estate Training Program and this quote from Anthony Greenbank sets the tone: “To live through an impossible situation, you don’t need the reflexes of a Grand Prix driver, the muscles of a Hercules, or the mind of an Einstein. You simply need to know what to do.”

 

Kevin will start part I of of Prioritized Proactive Prospecting with the Power of the Open House in Prospecting, and I will open our Agents’ minds to the Psychology of Search Engines and the proper thinking required to become a successful Internet Marketer with proper Search Engine Optimization Results.

 

The value of traditional Marketing is no longer as powerful as when it is intertwined with Inbound Marketing, and Search plays a big role – in essence our new breed of Real Estate Professionals must learn to get to Search Engines before they can build the proper bridge of working with their Real Estate Buyers and Sellers.

Integration is fundamental to your Real Estate Career - Get to know i-FAStTRAC

Integration, or the ‘i’ in i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training, refers to the reality that Marketing in Real Estate is no longer divided into neat boxes of traditional versus Internet based; or that the activity of Prospecting in person is detached from the activity of Blogging in one’s website. It is the illusion of this separation of activities that keeps forcing our agents and brokers into buying more and mores services rather than looking at the whole and strategizing to generate more listings and more sales. The Consumer Online is no different than the consumer in person, but the way our Real Estate Agents interact with them requires an understanding that the Incubation Stage (web based) is gentler than The Deal Stage (in person), which is frantic.
