Hello, one thing that I do is if by chance I forget to write my to do list at the end of the day. What I do is I have my notebook I keep with me everywhere and  I write it in my notebook the night before I say my prayers.

I kept a Franklin Planner in my management positions before, great tool to keep track of important notes and appointments. Now I am using both, Outlook calender and Franklin planner. I syncronize in the evening to plan the day ahead.

I keep an expense planner/calendar in my car. Each morning before I back out of the drIve I write down the ending mileage and the number of business miles and any expenses I incurred the previous day. On the 15th of each month I transfer the mileage and expenses onto an EXCEL spreadsheet which then calculates an annual amount for mileage and for each of my business expense categories. It makes my tax preparation a breeze and my accountant loves it. Can't wait to get a tablet and post it directly to it.

I was such a Technology Dinosaur until I joined Exit Company. I learned so much from Jose and enjoy learning from every Training the company provides.  I won the iPad-mini from the Company last week:>)  It was such an unexpected  things to happen.  Keys's session was such an eye openning lesson.  I  have a habit of write down things but,now  I'm enjoying syncing all my devices in the iPad-mini and make full use of it ! I have a great Time Management System !

I have a apt book I write down all my apts, tasks, etc. I also set my watch 15 minutes a head because I was always running late.This works for me although it is a bit unorthodox, but then so am I.

I use Realty Juggler and I love the ability to sychronize with my other devices, Contacts and calendar. When I am out in the fieldI can talk to clients and keep notes of those conversation anywhere that I am. It has saved me lots of time and keeps me informed about clients

I use SIRI on my iPhone, to dictate reminders to myself while driving.   The dictation, converted into text in my notes section on my phone syncs with my computer- my reminders then are everywhere!    I can transfer in to my other planning phases according to priorities.

I use the app Note Everything (upgraded to the Pro version last year) to keep track of agent showings, shackle code, MLS number, and anything else related to that particular listing. I'm able to download this info to my desktop and print the info if needed in hardcopy. I was able to show my seller how many times and what days her home had been shown....she was impressed! Love it!!

I keep my schedule planner and a clipboard with me at all times. I get to work everyday by 8:00 am before the office is too full and I go over my to-do list and begin with email return and any assignments that takes a little more thinking.
