Some of my fears about websites is that maintaining a website with current information, blogging, adding pages, and the many other developments of creating or building a great, effective website will be extremely time consuming. My fears about a real estate website is that the information that I blog, or provide will take excessive research and burn more time away from my proactive prospecting. However, the reverse is equally disturbing that if I DON'T have a website, my clients may feel that I am a "dinosaur" in the technical, information age that we live and many buyers and sellers may not have the confidence in me that I can't "keep up" with whats going on in my area. I feel that I need to appeal to my prospective client's need for convenience and productivity in this information age that we live.
