I am completing an assignment for Key. Just thought I would say hello and let you know that we are really enthused about your course. We are in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. I just downloaded the first aid kit for fsbos and feel this is also a good checklist for realtors to ensure they have all their ducks in a row and there isn't an issue when it comes down to the wire and it is the day of closing.

Hi Kevin,
It was great seeing you and, as usual, awesome training! Everyone got a lot out of the classes. As much as it is all a repeat for me, it does help me fine tune, re-prioritize my daily activities and, overall, motivate me. I believe that your training, since the day I started with this company, has been the one factor of my progression and I am most appreciative of that!
I will send over the photos we took last week and will see you this week in I-Fasttrac. I am going to take your advice and take Key's training ... as I had already known this was an area of my business that needs serious attention.
