Greetings!  I am a professional real estate agent and Army wife in Newport News, VA.  I come to the field of real estate with a plethora of experience in managing the challenges of relocating, packing and moving, and personally buying, selling, and renting homes.  Just recently, we moved five times within one year.  My resume is quite varied.  I have degrees in both education, and psychology.  My career opportunities include working for the Fort Bliss Chapter of the American Red Cross, United Way of El Paso, teaching in the public and private school settings in Georgia, Alabama, and Colorado, as well as serving Soldiers and their Families in the Department of Defense Family Programs when stationed in Georgia and Texas.  Overall, the core of who I am is a person with a genuine desire to serve others.  Real estate allows me to do what I love, play with real estate and at the same time, serve others and help others achieve their goals.  And, I say "PLAY with real estate" because working with clients is what brings me joy.  As the saying goes, "if you love what you do, it isn't work."  

I am originally from Georgia but have called Alabama, Texas, and Colorado "home" at some point.  I love, love, love all that Virginia has to offer and we have claimed the Virginia Peninsula area our home-home!  The history around every corner is awesome.  I have two stepsons who reside in Colorado and hubby and I share our living space with our four-legged children, Ruger, a sweetheart German Shepherd, and Henry VIII, a bossy little Malti-Poo.  Besides spending time with my husband, I also enjoy shopping and I am quite fond of consignment stores, antiques, estate sales, and home decorating.
