Hello, my name is Charyn Holocker. I am a Real Estate Agent working for Exit Strategy Realty in the High Desert of San Bernardino County, Ca. I have been working for Exit Strategy Realty for over 6 years now. I work with all types of buyers and sellers of Residential, Vacant land, Multi Units, Investment properties and Commercial Real Estate. The majority of my sellers are banks selling (REO), Foreclosure type properties. I strive to provide excellent service to all of my clients. I specialize in residential sales for buyers and sellers in the communities of Barstow, Helendale, Yermo, Newberry Springs, Daggett, Hinkley, Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Big bear, Arrowhead, and the surrounding communities I also do property inspections and Broker Priced opinions for Banks, Lenders, and private parties. . I have served 3 years as a Director on the Barstow Board of Realtor Association. I love helping people achieve their goal of home ownership. I have lived in the High Desert for a combined 13 years. I have been married for 24 years and I have been blessed with eight wonderful children, two girls and six boys. I am also a grandmother of 4 beautiful Grand Daughters. I am an Artist working with acrylics on canvas, glass and anything else I can find to paint on. I love abstract art, camping, hiking, riding motorcycles, cooking / Catering, exploring the mountains and desert. I do Holiday window painting each year for Business’s around the Barstow community. I believe education is a lifelong process and one should strive to continually grow and expand who they are. I make sure to educate my clients so they have an understanding of the process of either buying or selling their property, which ever the case may be. I am a trouble shooter who can figure things out, overcoming obstacles. I have a keen eye for spotting potential repair issues with a home. I have installed windows, glass, laid tile, put up drywall, taped, textured, installed fixtures, outlets, & I have done a lot of painting, so I am familiar with cost and quality workmanship. I believe all of this experience enhances my ability to work with home buyers and investors. I am a straight shooter so no worries here on open communication.
