I am Jim Lee and I have been in the real estate industry for over twenty years.   Over the years I have managed real estate companies with multiple offices with over a hundred Realtors.  I am now one of the owners of EXIT Strategies Realty in Edmond Oklahoma.  I focus on three specific areas of the real estate industry.  I work with luxury home sellers and buyers in the Nichols Hills, Stonemill, Gaillardia, Rose Creek, Mulholland and Fairview Farms additions to name a few.  My primary goal with a luxury home client is to deliver concierge services.   I understand going above and beyond the call of duty.   My little black book of service experts helps me to help my clients three hundred and sixty five days a year in a variety of ways!   My philosophy will always be, “I earn your business by being there for you when you need me.”  Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes.  It’s about relationships that last a life time, by helping others with “any” real estate need.  Jumbo loan lenders, landscapers, pool companies and hardwood floor specialist number just a few among the many service people I can recommend at the drop of a hat.   I’m also there to council, guide and help procure investment properties for my clients.   I can help them with everything from understanding how investing in real estate can be profitable, to acquiring investment properties and even for larger investors acquiring and liquidating large real estate bundles.  The third group I focus on is first time home buyers.   Working with couples, individuals and families purchasing their first home always leaves me with a sense of awe.   It is so inspiring helping those wonderful folk first discover their dream home and then work closely with them as we walk through the process of becoming a homeowner together.  No matter how many first time home buyers I work with, I always seem to learn something new.  I love the real estate industry and I look forward to coming to work each and every morning.
