I have been in the business for a little over two months now and as a result of the techniques I have learned in 101 I have already used the lessons to gain a listing from a For Sale By Owner and even better, I incorporated the open house techniques and the house is under contract with a cash buyer in 11 days. I also have two additional FSBO prospects that I am communicating with and will hopefully add those to my listings soon! Thank you for helping me kick start my career.

I have been a licensed agent for over 25 years. However I am now jumping back into the business after a 6 year hiatus. When I was first told I needed to participate in the two week training I thought it would be a waste of time, because , of course, I already knew it all.....WRONG!! I feel like I am learning Real Estate all over again. How refreshing and informative these courses are!!! So I am basically starting from scratch. Trying to lose old habits and reprogram my mind with all this new information. Thank you to Kevin and Key. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks!!

Because of commitments that take me to far flung places, I don?t always get to take part in the live video training and when I do, sometimes it is great to be able to review key points I?m trying to learn. I?ve been in the real estate business for over 30 years and I?ve taken classes and pump up sessions from everybody from Craig Proctor to Wally Sanford and for my money, this is the best ever. Kevin and Key, keep up the fine work. It has been a privilege to take part in your educational opportunities. And special thanks to my friend and big broker, Max for introducing me to you guys.

Great information for new realtors but best of all Super Great Information for returning Realtor after 2 years out of business. Definite specific & very important information to stay on track.
