Live Video Conferencing Equipment:
The i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training Program is a Live and Interactive Video and Conferencing series of Sessions led by Kevin Ahearn and Key Yessaad. The Live and Interactive side of the program are achieved by the usage of the following equipment; which is easily acquired by brokers.
Phoenix Duet PCS MT202-PCS USB Speakerphone (MUST)

This Speakerphone / Microphone Combo device is a necessary device for the interactive side of the training. The Duet PCS MT202 is USB compatible and connects to your PC computer and is placed in the middle of the room so agents can un-mute it and ask live questions of the instructors during the training session.
This type on interaction is at the heart of the success of participating Real Estate Agents.
This device can be purchased from many sources such as Amazon.com, B&H Photo, eBay, or any other similar provider. Approximate cost $125.
Webcam recommended Logitech C920 or C930e (MUST)

A USB Connected Webcam to the training computer is a necessary device, it allows the trainers and agents to view each other and ask questions almost face to face. Many computers and Laptops come built-in with Webcams but they are not adequate for capturing a whole room of participants. The Logitech C920 and C930e are examples of external USB Webcams that have built-in auto-focus, auto-light adjustment, and dynamic Internet parsing.
These devices can also be purchased from a variety of vendors such as Amazon
(C920 – C930e), B&H Photo (C920 – C930e), or eBay (C920 – C930e). Approximate Cost $70.
USB Extension Cord for Duet Speakerphone (Recommended)

The Duet Speakerphone is best placed in the middle of the room so all agents can get access to it and ask questions without having to move to the front of the room. A USB extension cable 10ft or 25ft can be easily purchased at a minimal cost, between $6 and $12, and help the agents interact as their questions arise. The Duet PCS Speakerphone comes equipped with a Mute and Un-Mute button that must be engaged at the proper time to ask questions.
Please consider purchasing a USB Extension Cable – 10footer or 25footer.
Other Considerations:
Please note these important Considerations:
- Your Training Room should come with a Video or Television Big Screen that can be plugged in to a computer or laptop; cost on such big screens have fallen dramatically and most offices now come with several big screens;
- You must have a good internet bandwidth (10+ MB Downstream and 1+ MB Upstream) - most business internet bandwidth exceeds these numbers by a factor of 5;
- Consider hooking your training room computer to a hard-wired ethernet rather than using wireless; if wireless is the only option make sure the wireless router and the computer are not too far apart;
- The training computer must a Windows-based PC to run the Nefsis System - no current support for Mac or Chrome OS; any type of windows will work; XP, Vista, WIn 7 or 8.
